In 2007 Primasia Corporate Services Limited merged with Mandarin Star AEC Limited, a corporate services company specialising in the provision of trade- and shipping-related services.

Our PRC associates have offices in Shanghai, Guangzhou and Beijing. Through our joint venture partners, we have offices around the world.

Our experienced and qualified staff include lawyers, accountants, and company secretaries. Our personalised and confidential service facilitates company administration, tax planning and investment.
