Visa Services

Primasia Corporate Services Limited will apply on your behalf for all types of Hong Kong visa, including employment visas and investment visas.

We advise on the requirements for each type of visa, complete the required forms for you and provide you with pro forma examples of documents which may be required by the Immigration Department ("ID"), such as business plans, organization charts and group structures.

|
We handle requests from the ID for further information, if any, and advise on what such requests entail.
|
|
We receive and reply to correspondence from the ID on your behalf, liaising with you whenever necessary, and following up regularly by phone with the ID, to ensure that delays in processing and responding are minimized, and enabling you to continue with your other business, including business travel, without your application being hindered.

Employment and Compliance

In addition to being able to assist with payroll and MPF (the Mandatory Provident Fund), we advise on the regulations applicable to employment of staff in Hong Kong, and on contractual terms which should be included, or avoided, in any offer of employment. |

We can advise as to disciplinary issues and calculation of termination payments in such cases. |
Compliance

Primasia Corporate Services Limited will ensure full compliance with employers' reporting obligations in Hong Kong. |

We will complete all necessary employers' returns (joiners, leavers, year-end, etc). |

For MPF (Mandatory Provident Fund), we will arrange and host meetings with service providers, and will calculate the contributions and prepare MPF returns. If required, we can handle the payments themselves on your behalf as part of our treasury service. |
Nominee Services

Use of corporate directors and shareholders can facilitate day to day management of the company, whilst preserving confidentiality of ownership of the company, and can, for example, improve a negotiating position or protect activities from the knowledge of competitors. |

Subject to due diligence and "KYC", Primasia Corporate Services Limited can provide corporate or personal directors and corporate shareholders. |
|
However, for liability reasons, there are restrictions on the circumstances in which directors will be provided, including the requirement that, we provide all the directors to any company for which we provide nominee services. |
